1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and zeet16 (hereinafter referred to as "zeet16", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, features, content, and functionality available through the website accessible at zeet16.app and any associated mobile or web application operated by zeet16.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, playing a game, making a deposit, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zeet16 platform and close your account.

zeet16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with zeet16's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the platform. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and zeet16.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to and use of the zeet16 platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal gambling age throughout the duration of your account's existence on the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the zeet16 platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming register to which zeet16 subscribes.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of zeet16 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any other person or organisation.

zeet16 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any account holder at any time. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of zeet16 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account on the platform. Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on zeet16. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. zeet16 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate account activity and will take immediate enforcement action upon detection.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Accuracy of information: All information provided during registration must be true and accurate. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting the zeet16 support team at [email protected].
• Verification process: zeet16 may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage. You agree to cooperate fully with these checks and to supply any documentation requested within the specified timeframe.
• Account security features: zeet16 offers two-factor SMS authentication, which we strongly recommend enabling on your account to prevent unauthorised access.

zeet16 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify zeet16 support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the zeet16 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zeet16 supports a range of locally relevant payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to your chosen payment method's own transaction caps. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your zeet16 wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your account.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your bank.

• zeet16 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet completed KYC verification, your withdrawal request will be queued until verification is complete.
• In the event that a deposit fails or is reversed after funds have been used to place bets, zeet16 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from those funds and to recover the outstanding amount from your account balance.
• zeet16 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements for large withdrawal amounts at its sole discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

zeet16 offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which will be published alongside the offer on the zeet16 platform.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per promotion per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal restrictions during active bonus: You may not request a withdrawal while a bonus is active in your account unless you agree to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings not yet meeting the wagering threshold.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet while using bonus funds: While bonus funds are active, a maximum single bet restriction applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

zeet16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. In circumstances where a promotional offer is published in error, zeet16 reserves the right to cancel the promotion and void any participation derived from it.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the zeet16 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to refrain from any activity that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive to the platform or to other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, fabricating transaction records, or misrepresenting your identity or age in any way.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access, use, or operate your zeet16 account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino formats where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Money laundering: Using the zeet16 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. All accounts are subject to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to your zeet16 account. Chargebacks are treated as a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Harassment: Using any communication channel associated with zeet16, including live chat, to harass, threaten, abuse, or demean other players or support staff.
• Circumventing restrictions: Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction or to bypass any account restriction or self-exclusion measure.

zeet16 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct and to take any action it deems appropriate, including suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

zeet16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Non-payment of funds owed to zeet16, including in connection with a chargeback.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Reasonable belief that allowing the account to remain active poses a risk to the player's wellbeing (e.g., signs of problem gambling behaviour).

Upon account closure by zeet16 for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and their associated winnings — may be forfeited at zeet16's discretion. Where closure is initiated by zeet16 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., platform withdrawal from a market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any eligible balance will be returned within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the zeet16 platform — including but not limited to the zeet16 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface layout, text, software, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zeet16 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zeet16 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the platform's content in any medium.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content without express written permission from zeet16.
• Use the zeet16 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of zeet16's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. zeet16 actively monitors for unauthorised reproduction of its content and will take appropriate legal action where necessary.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers displayed on the zeet16 platform — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the zeet16 platform does not imply any endorsement of zeet16 beyond the existing commercial partnership agreements between zeet16 and those providers.
